I am deeply against the propagation of any form of this kind of message in school curricula, or official government policy. But out in the public realm is a whole different milieu that has to be measured with a different level of tolerance.
Of course there are consequences to carry around such drivel on a placard, but none that should involve sanction by any agents of Society. What section under the Criminal Code would you charge them under? If they were tenants, would you seek their eviction? Would you cancel their residency and deport them?
I see images of anti-abortion protesters with their photos of foetuses standing in front of legitimate clinics, and I take strong exception to their message; but I will not support any action that serves to silence their message as one day I may want to assert a position that may not always be welcomed or admired.
