If the western world is the usa and the usa only, why the fuck would someone bother to call it the western world, surely it's easier just to say the usa. It makes no sense at all. The term western culture makes even less sense then as well like.

I'd like to add that I can't find anywhere in that Wiki link where it says the term has ever been used to describe North America alone.

Anyone can make spurious claims but if you're the only one in support of them and the rest of the world doesn't have a clue what you're on about you should probably accept that you have a warped definition of reality.
