The brand new Nvidia and ATI cards are INSANELY Expensive right now. you might want to take a look at the 9000 series instead. The 9800s are down to around 100 euros if you find them in the right place. You're going to want at least 2gb, perferably 4gb of ddr2 memory, which has become pretty cheap lately. Kingston, patriot, and corsair all make good memory. The best hard drives imo are western digital and Seagate, both are long time makers and have their stuff down.

You only need a dual core for gaming, even intense stuff like 3d modeling, movie editing and the like you dont need a quad core for. You certainly do not need an extreme edition, they are still very expensive and overpriced. I have a quad core, and it's amazing, however it's really only useful for things like compiling code, running large database commands, and encoding video. Most stuff doesn't really support quad cores yet, very very few games are designed for quad core and only a handful for multicore at all.

As far as a motherboard goes, XFX and EVGA rule. Foxconn and asus are also pretty good. If you're really into gaming i would definetely suggest an XFX or EVGA board though. Remember if you're gonna be doing intensive stuff to get good cooling, that includes THE CASE, as well as looking at better heatsinks than stock. Make sure that case has alot of fans on it. The worst thing you can do is fry parts a few days after you buy them cause something overheated.

8 series much better than the 9 series dont be fooled by the numbers i would much prefer the 8800 GTX OC2 i have over a 9 series

I know i dont know much about mobo's but my Abit IP35 Pro seems to be handling my overclocking and heat i.e Silent Running and temps below 40'C in all area's

You dont wants loads and loads of fans it gets noisy and stupid you want a good ventilated case

my budget is about 600 euro .

Your budget and your expectations do not correspond.
I just specced a mid-grade PC for a friend that went low end on the vid card and processor (e8400) and it came to 600 euro...no way you're getting an "extreme" edition chip, decent vid card and DDR3 memory for that price.

Either adjust your budget upward or you desires down.

Here is the Newegg quote on the PC I referred to.
You can ignore the cables as they are for a separate project.

Note that the vid card is very low end...the customer requires only basic video capability as this is not a gaming/entertainment machine.

I think the CPU/motherboard/RAM selections would be fine for you and you could add any video card the budget would allow.
Naturally, being in Palestine you cannot order from this site.
I have no idea where you get stuff from and therefore have no clue what your prices might be.

    $119.99( for motherboard ) + $164.99 ( for CPU ) = almost 280 $

I think 320$ for VGA card is more than needed ? don't u think ?

I only need 3 drivers and i can handle the rest from my country ( Palestine ) , so don't u have other offers ? ( i'm not saying this offer is not good , but u seem u have big problem with this budget , so if u have better speces that would be great , if not then i will consider buying this Speces u have provided

    OK, now I'm confused.
What does this 600 euro budget have to cover?
The whole machine or just the CPU/board and vid card?
