You don't seem to understand the Avatar / Signature Size rules.

Your current signature picture (but not the whole signature) is within the rules. The new picture you are showing us is not. If you right click on the image and select 'Properties' you will see that it's 175 pixels high. The maximum total height is 150 pixels including any text.

So if you remove the "Yup I Am Canadian And Proud Of It!" text then you will be within the rules.

If you want to keep the text under the picture and remain within the rules then the picture would need to be resized.

aight i know my internet was down yesterday so i couldnt remove the text. now my sig is gone
and i relize thats its my fault. and i know the other one is over size. i was just wonderin? which one do u guys think is better?
