Yup just a week ago on Sunday (hurricane). It was pretty hairy,my apartment building was swaying like crazy and I haven't been able to go to work all week due to them not having any power,I had no phone ,internet or cable for three days either

. But it is all over now,well except for the clean up. Here is a link to some of the pictures of our formerly beautiful city.

In one of the pics you'll see that there is a sailboat sunk on the waterfront,the poor guy thought it would be safe tied up next to a WWII Corvette and didn't think for second that the Corvette would come loose and smash the sailboat up against the wharf. It was a visisting sailboat at that and is said to have been worth 3.6 million bucks. That just became an expensive vacation.
