I say.. overclocking gaining you an extra 10 fps is worth it.
Also, rage3d tweak has a way to switch back to normal clock settings while your computer goes into sleep mode.. Pretty Slick Idea There..

Even better: after running your game for an hour or so, go take a leak, but go to the rage3d overclocker and restore default clock. You dont even have to restart. Nifty, eh?
