You are in luck Abu my friend. LightShock Anime has recently begun fansubbing this. Only eps 1 and 2 are ready, but they'll release it steadily.

Unfortunately the torrents have no seeders, but perhaps you could request reseeds at their forum.
Also there are quite a few people on Direct Connect who have this.

Get DC++, that's the best client.
Then join some of the larger Anime hubs, do a search and you'll definitely find them.
Warning: To get in some hubs you'll need to share a LOT (25GB+)

there are laws to prevent any japan made films/stuff showing genitalia, so they are all censored out, but if i remember these laws are becoming less strict..

I think thisiswhoweare is right. Teknoman or Tekkaman Blade might be correct.
