OK in fairness it's not a bad deal. here are a few issues I see already though.

No remote so you'd have to get an ir receiver and a remote and hope there is a slot to install it unless you get one of those USB models (I have had nothing but problems with these) or you'd have to get a keyboard with a trackball built in, again prob wireless, so you're spending more money there when the price is about $50 more already.

Warranty,Ebay is great but what happens if you get a lemon? you have to ship it back to them. You can buy the WDTV in any best buy.

BTW Oct 26 they cam out with a new box called the WDTV Live Hub. looks to me like its a WDTV Live with a 1TB hard drive installed. I may have to get this for review soon
