Not the exact thing.

They were sort of hub cabs that made the wheels look like they werent spinning at all and it had an advertisment on it.

I dont like spree wheels, they look stupid.

I dont understand why they are so expensive ??

You wouldnt see me drving around with that stupid shit on my car even if i could afford them.
