Things with the mother got out of hand but instead of doing anything about that they pepper sprayed the daughter. She had already been handcuffed and was too frightened to get in the police car and was crying out for her father. In police jargon that's known as being a clear and immediate threat.

Three weeks ago I processed the Capitol insurrection with my high school students. Rallying our inquiry skills, we analyzed the images of that historic day, images of white men storming through the Capitol, fearless and with no forces to stop them.

Who the fuck but a super woke liberal or a space alien masquerading as a human says stuff like "processed" and "rallying our inquiry skills"?

Three weeks ago I processed the Capitol insurrection with my high school students. Rallying our inquiry skills, we analyzed the images of that historic day, images of white men storming through the Capitol, fearless and with no forces to stop them. “This,” I said, “is white supremacy, this is white privilege. It can be hard to pinpoint, but when we see, it, we know it.”


Across our Zoom screen, they affirmed, with nods, thumbs-ups, and emojis of anger and frustration. Fast-forward two weeks as we analyzed images from the inauguration, asking again, “What do we see?” We saw diversity, creativity and humanity, and a nation embracing all of this and more. On the day of the inauguration, Bernie Sanders was barely on our radar. The next day, he was everywhere.


“What do we see?” I asked again. We’ve been studying diversity and discrimination in the United States; my students were ready. What did they see? They saw a white man in a puffy jacket and huge mittens, distant not only in his social distancing, but in his demeanor and attire.


We took in the meaning of the day, the vulnerability of democracy, the power of ritual, traditions and the peaceful transition of power.


We talked about gender and the possible meanings of the attire chosen by Vice President Kamala Harris, Dr. Jill Biden, the Biden grandchildren, Michelle Obama, Amanda Gorman and others. We referenced the female warriors inspiring these women, the colors of their educational degrees and their monochromatic ensembles of pure power.


And there, across all of our news and social media feeds, was Bernie: Bernie memes, Bernie sweatshirts, endless love for Bernie. I puzzled and fumed as an individual as I strove to be my best possible teacher. What did I see? What did I think my students should see? A wealthy, incredibly well-educated and -privileged white man, showing up for perhaps the most important ritual of the decade, in a puffy jacket and huge mittens.


I mean in no way to overstate the parallels. Sen. Sanders is no white supremacist insurrectionist. But he manifests privilege, white privilege, male privilege and class privilege, in ways that my students could see and feel.


“When you see privilege, you know it,” I’d told them weeks before. Yet, when they saw Sen. Bernie Sanders manifesting privilege, when seemingly no one else did, I struggled to explain that disparity. I am beyond puzzled as to why so many are loving the images of Bernie and his gloves. Sweet, yes, the gloves, knit by an educator. So “Bernie.”


Not so sweet? The blindness I see, of so many (Bernie included), to the privileges Bernie represents. I don’t know many poor, or working class, or female, or struggling-to-be-taken-seriously folk who would show up at the inauguration of our 46th president dressed like Bernie. Unless those same folk had privilege. Which they don’t.

Holy shit watched some video , and it looked like there was a ton of cops around the car?? And the kid was a pretty big 9 year old. I am wondering if they actually asked how old she really was??

Of course you do this so if BLM causes chaos and mayhem and does millions in damages, hey they had a reason too...

The incident has been compared to the disturbing death of Daniel Prude, a Black man who died in March after Rochester police pinned him to the ground and placed a hood over his head as he experienced a mental health crisis.

Now the question.......

Lets say the cops were wrong, they handled the situation , but could have done something different..

Now lets get rid of the police in these situations.... Now you send in social workers...What the fuck do you think, the social worker could have handled the situation without law enforcement there?? Now the social worker or workers would have also been injured or yet killed!!, oh wait, now you give all social workers stun guns or real gun carry permits?? ...
Really the report was from Fake News CNN, i am trying to find another report?? I assume because CNN is in bed with BLM they were called in??..

My mother used to work for Family Benefits Idol, and just to let you know the social workers interviewed people , the people were put into a small box room with thick plexiglass, and my mother told me stories that they would kick, punch and spit on the glass and other things in the room if they didn't like the social workers questions/answers , that were obviously for security reasons, protected outside that room talking through the glass....

So every time i hear this crap that removing police and putting in social workers in there place to prevent violence is a joke.

Starting in Kindergarten..........

Interesting you can have picture cards of Man, Woman, boy child, girl, child, and have two parents that are Man or Woman, but have you seen pictures of Men that are now Women?? or vice versa??

Now the kids are in the back of the car or going to come home asking questions to the majority of the parents and have to explain this shit!!!!!!

And the teacher now says this is the norm!!!!

Now you see us agreeing or not, and yes this does need to be explained because it is happening, but what age do you introduce this shit!!!!!!
And do you discuss this as a norm?? Do you promote/endorse this?? Do you say it is bad/wrong??

Ok Idol what about this.....

So you watch a show on tv, eg. Young Sheldon.. So from Big Bang Theory, you know Sheldon is a genius, so his male attitudes towards things may be different, he is not really athletic but he understands the games, and he doesn't play with dolls or have really any thoughts of being a female...

Now his twin sister Missy, likes dolls and makeup, but also has an athletic gene and great coordination, and plays on the boys baseball team. Now saying that, she doesn't want to change here gender!!!, she likes boys!!!!.....

The same recently on college football is there not a female place-kicker that plays for the boys team.. Was there ever a report that she wanted to become a Man and that is what gave her the urge to play football??

I know there are many examples of this, but now we have to deal with Men that want to be women and now want to dominated women's sports!!!!

I know change is good, and advancements to bettering peoples lives is good, i know choice is good, but if i had a daughter that was competing to make a team and a boy that wants to be a girl competes in the same sport for the spot , and wins it hands down, because he actually could compete with the boys but may just fall short??

As a parent and of course you are going to be disappointment she may not make the team, really how do you explain it if she doesn't??

And really should the coach care about my daughter not making the team or just winning?? Or fear of losing His/Her job??
