You do not need a Molex ( or any other kind of ) connector for it.
I am very happy with the Omega drivers.

Only the deluxe boards have Soundstorm. The others just have the Realtek ALC650 Codec (in fact the VM boards have C-Media 8738 audio controllers).

Mine is around 34c when just webbrowsing and rises to 44c or so during a Aquamark test.
This is at 526MHz, BTW( that's the setting that Overdrive picked for me...).
