Showed nice improvements with slight OCing.
Sorry if this has beened talked about. Just thought is was interesting.
Yah its a pretty well known thing but yah it is a really good card. I think I will still go with ATI when I update...(way in the future), but this is a really good card and overclocks well.

Isent the Nvidia card more in the future because it has the pixel shader 3.0 or sumthing and ATIs card doesn't.Originally posted by bigdawgfoxx@29 July 2004 - 15:36

Yeah thats true, Nvidia card has Pixal Shader 3.0 while ATI's only have 2.0. However by the time Pixal Shader 3.0 is around and being used we will be using AGP Express or some kinda new slot probrly.
you mean PCI express

ermm.. PCI express would replace those regular PCI slots right? if thats the case would modems, sound cards, etc work more efficiently or what?

No im saying like it went;Originally posted by bigdawgfoxx@29 July 2004 - 16:58
you mean PCI express
PCI
AGP
PCI-E
So the next logical step if the pattern continues is AGP-E
But its proberly impossible i was just sayiing some new fancy better slot.

no need for AGP. because PCI-E is fast enough now. PCI wasnt.
