There is a screw in the back that you can ajust the time with..

upping the voltage will only increase the heat.....
is it a wind-up, or battery powered??? cause if its wind-up you can try watercooling it:

Won't that effect the wood?
well if its wood, you could try using some other liquid...... oil or terpentine maybe (though that will prolly fuck with the paint)

HAHAHA what a funny avatar.
Swapping that stock winder for a 300mm may help lower temps a lil'.
as well u may want to loosen the wind tightness recoil to help the winder run at that high clock time.
