BoSox up 2-0 heading to the Gardens, which seems to be a sanctuary for the Cards.....................bloody enthusiastic home crowd.........

Can't wait for Game 3! Although I wish they'd hurry up and end it so I can start studying for midterms..........

What is chaffing my nuts is that the Cardinals had the best record in baseball but because Roger Clemens got rocked in the All-Star Game, Boston arbitrarily gets the homefield advantage.

I hope they don't continue this way of deciding who the home team is. At the end of the year the Cardinals had nothing to play for. If best record meant something, then they would have needed to keep their game sharp. As it was, we were sleep walking for about 20 days or so. We lost our edge.

Entirely due to the World Series, the Lord Peter Wimsey International Croquet Tournament of the Relatively Able quarterfinals has been bumped from the broadcast schedule.

Damn, it was just getting good, too.
