I feel if i raise my opinion on the way our food/water/air etc. are being mistreated i will be accused of not understanding the "values" of todays America..

You are probably right about the stuff in food Ruthie, you will probably get more mouse shit in a loaf of bread than you will get rocket fuel by drinking the water. Just to put it in perspective, for a person to get 1 teaspoon of rocket fuel, they would have to drink 1,666,666.66 gallons of water. That is the 1PPB rate.

I think he is just trying to give some perspective.
My roomate in college was a "food service" major, and there is an actual government allowance for the amount of rat shit in peanut butter. It is like 4 poops per jar.
You really don't want to know what you are eating, it is beyond gross.
BTW, "butter" is a law. Every stick of butter, regardless the brand, is the exact same. Any difference you perceive is marketing.
