1. Download and install mIRC. (www.mirc.com)
2. Click this link: irc://irc.freshirc.com/filesharingtalk.

Or use the Chatzilla extension for firefox.
Install it, restart FF as usual. FF Tools menu -> Chatzilla. Give yourself a nickname then click on the fresh irc link Rip posted above.
