ok i checked out some other bigger sites - you have to leave notes in "community" - then later add budies etc
this could be good but not reallly right now

anyone else tried greasemonkey it lets you run scripts at the end of any webpage to tweak any page. pretty handy for fixing rendering errors in pages, removing ads and changing layouts or colours in pages.

there is also a nice list of scripts here

IEView is a great plugin. Since I use Firefox as my default browser, any time I see an IE only site, I just use the plugin to switch over. And Ive even configured it to load Maxthon (MyIE2) to load instead of just plain old IE. So I still get all the neat features (tab browsing, better security etc etc) yet still be have that IE core.

Yeah, I use greasemonkey. Another great plugin. Removed so much crap from the many sites I vist.

Oo I don't like that at all..

Isn't there an add-in that lets you just always have the existing find-bar displayed all the time? (i.e. without having to go Edit--Find on this page first)

    Click Tools--Extensions,
    Select IEView and click Options.
It asks you for IE location.. just point this to the executable for Maxthon.. or whatever...

You can also open the page in Opera, Netscape too if required..
