It's 92 kb but a bit shorter now.

Maybe adjusting the timing on that might make it good enough @the old speed?

and also, if the white surfaces are multicoloured you can shave a few kilobytes off there, gurahl. Some gifs have loads of diffent variations in what looks like fields with a single colour.

You need photoshop for that, though.

nvm, I see rip is happy with that one

Hmmm... a bit shorter, and he bangs his head much much faster... looks funny, still pretty good though. I'll try and somehow try and shorten it without removing too much. I guess I could look around for Ulead Gif Animator.

    Until then, THANKS.

    EDIT: Typo.

'twas a rush job with Jasc Animation Shop 3.
I used the automated cull function instead of doing it frame by frame, which is probably why the "banging his head" part is too fast.

I actually have Jasc Animation Shop 3, and I tried to remove half the frames with it. I did it frame by frame, the entire time thinking to myself, "man there has to be an easier way to do this." I didn't know about the cull function up until now, it'll save me a lot of time I the future, thanks.

I did remove half frame by frame before, but I wasn't happy with the result. But this one is fine, thanks again.

I was bored so here is the full (smaller size) version if you want it: http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/8714/meh4qm26cm.gif

BTW, Macromedia Fireworks has a good compression tool, thats all I used on that, (but to get full I had to make it smaller). You just put in what target size you want and it does it for you, and usually has good results.
