I currently have Invision 2.0 and mIRC is my primary program for downloading files. I keep hearing that Sysreset is really good. Im mainly on fserve. Should i stick with Invision or switch to Sysreset?

Check the mIRC guide in the guides section.
Invision just makes it easier to browse the folders and stuff, its for those who cannot remember to type get filename, cd dirname and so on
Ooh I see. I just thought that Sysreset would maybe makes things easier someway. But i guess ill just stick with Invision.
sysreset is to SERVE files. If you want to run your own fserv and offer files to download.
and btw i agree with IKE plain old mirc is still the best
