Download WinRAR, install it, then right-click on the file(s) you want to compres, select 'Add to File...' or 'Add to X' (where X is the name of the file that WinRAR auto-suggests). If you selected the first, you must enter a filename and press Ok. Else, you just wait till WinRAR finishes.
DONE.
Also, you can launch WinRAR, select the file(s) you want to compress in the internal browser, then click 'Add' and specify an archive name.
DONE.
