not dude ! cause when i can see "Sorry, password must contain both upper and lowercase letters" i can understand i was wrong for this and close explorer and open new one. but i always see "The current user account limit (38,000) has been reached. I got signup page, AND I GOT SOME CHARACTER that I couldn't recognize, I got wrong code and after that signups closed. OMG
