learn html, way better than any editor, imo. It also pays alot $$ if you want to pursue it as a career , like me.

you might want to check out Alairs Homesite. It's not terribly easy, but has a steep learning curve and is pretty nifty.

There a plenty of really good html tutorials on the net that will teach you pretty much everything about how to make web sites. (search google for some)
Notepad is the best and since its just gonna be a driver site it would be a good way to learn. Its always good to learn something new.
