Banned image on music-vids actually doesn't mean that user was banned. i asked lam3rd about this, in my case my invitee was disabled for inactivity, nothing more.
MV staff is generally positive about reenabling such accounts, so irc is your friend, disme is your enemy about waffles.. if you'll succeed with MV, let me know, maybe i'll help you
