I would like to know what the hell this movie is about...

Nothing really to understand about that movie, except the fact that it's complete crap.

The killer guy is sort of like the bus driver of the dead. He hoards souls that are being taken of to rest, except he infact creates the excess souls by murdering them. After getting a large amount of them, he returns home to his "leader" who in turn rewards him. I haven't seen it in quite a long time, so I don't remember how he is rewarded.
The fact that he is alive and well again in the end is because he was banished for some reason, until he got enough souls to go home. So he can't die, he's a ghost.
