Umm - We're on about 28" televisionsOriginally posted by Pete Waterman@11 March 2004 - 15:43
woolworths have a deal coming up, a source tells me, 28inch for 130 quid.
I'm not going to ask what kind of 28" you're on about
Why not try getting it fixed?Originally posted by DarthInsinuate@11 March 2004 - 10:25
we knew this time was coming for a while now, she but up a good fight and has lasted a year or two longer than expected - her tube now spits out electrons in a random disorder, sometimes none at all
i'm talking about the family TV BTW, approaching the end of its stupendous 14 year life
does anyone have any recommendations for a replacement or a good UK website to buy from - the criteria are a 28" Widescreen, preferably flat, we don't plan on spending more than £400
maybe i should post this in Hardwareworld
@mods - if it gets spammed someone move it, thank you
Unless the picture tube blew out, in which you should trash the TV, it is otherwise inexpensive to repair.
Silly bitch, your weapons cannot harm me. Don't you know who I am? I'm the Juggernaut, Bitchhhh!

normally fixing would be the first choice, but the old bugger has been sent away so many times it doesn't seem worth trying anymore - besides its really old and seems like a good time to catch up with technology, its like getting a new dog
