my screen's refresh rate (85mhz) is alot better compared to 60mhz.
I always have headaches when looking at the monitor in a sunny day. Try to change the contrast thing for better eyes compatibility. My comp's background is planely black, because of sp33d and it doesn't hurt my eye.
