A relay like this might be one of the best solutions,
I like it because you can freely upload / download and have basic protection with it.

yep ssl gives me better peace of mind, FiSH is good also when required.. ..but is sometimes difficult to setup, apparently there are a few problems with vista

You pay $100 dollars a year so you can torrent files risk-free? That doesn't sound too bad.. you've paid that off if you just pirate Crysis and Call of Duty 5.
How are the speeds? Do they bottleneck your connection?

i double wrap. I use peergurdian and ipfilter I.E., safepeer, which is loaded into utorrent
