ok ill jump back in by saying this,FSC has some SMART mofos that WILL respond if you need HELP there i said it and i stand by that. FTN has a nice irc system in place , those are two thing ScT has but not in the same retrospective. FSC also had the biggest packs with GREAT content,130+GB on pack on a free leech slot , now you tell me where else you gonna find anime and good scene packs? FSC is doing magick over there and they control system is nice,FTN has alot of free leech slots like FSC , ScT doesnt have either but we all know that site kicks butt too. Yep i speak only truth!! FSC FTN ScT = Win ;0

TorrentBits was the first generation tracker, and FSC is the second generation tracker.

TorrentBits gave us the code in the first place, thanks to RB and Wyz releasing snapshots of the TB code for others to use.

FSC has given us numerous concepts and updates. Multi layer forums were created at FSC, and the original anti cheat code. The Share Index system was the template for other bonus systems such as Karma Points, and was created at FSC.

When people compare trackers, they are comparing torrent content and pre-times. Other attributes such as security, community and functionality go straight out the window. In all honesty, if you can get an 0day torrent at one site, you can get it at all sites. The only time the content may be unique to a site is if that site specialises, or have a dedicated upload team for unique contents, such as packs.

I have been a member at a great number of communities (trackers). Some I use to download, and others I use to interact. Some places I just post (like here, not that there is a tracker here), and others, I just leech. Each place has it's pros and cons.

ScT specialises in getting 0day content onto the tracker fast, but it's site actually doesn't have much in the way of functionality, whereas FSC has greater functionality, but not so much 0day content. It's a game of mix and match. Fast pre-times is not the be all and end all. There needs to be something else to pull you in and keep you there.

Each community, however young or old, will have something that someone likes. They will ALL have drawbacks, but it is the atmosphere of the place that keeps the members there.

There's no reason to dis one community in favour of another. By all means, promote your own favourites as an alternative, but why discriminate against something that someone wants. Seems childish to me.

ScT is the best stay with it.

Again I believe in sharing and helping people but no need for communities in trackers for me. I came from usenet and usenet is still the best way to get most stuff. I got into torrents for the stuff that is not found on usenet and I really love the idea of torrents and how they work and I love helping others but again, I'm not such a huge fan of trackers communities so there are trackers that really don't get my interest. That's just my opinion. I'm sure some of you think different then again some of you probably have not tried usenet.

Pay too leech or pay to scam you said?. I never see it that way since trackers basically just ask for you to seed 1:1 or for 72hrs which is not hard. No one really forces you to pay. If you want to help the tracker that's fine and that's up to you. They don't make you pay.
