Surprisingly TL. I haven't downloaded anything from FileList in ages. The content used to be good, but not sure if it's because I use newsgroups more now.
Also, TL has odds music which FileMp3 doesn't. FileMP3 wins in the Mp3 category tho (I don't have OiNK so can't compare)
