Afaik they are the same CRITICAL updates. But not the recommended or extra/addon updates. Which is fine & will protect that computer. Well as far as Windows will. LOL.

A couple months ago I tried the top 6 (DistroWatch) that had Live CDs.

The only one that recognized my wireless OOTB was OpenSUSE.

Thats what I dual booted on my Vista laptop. I was never able...

I'm using Vista64 Home Premium SP1. Lately everytime I start the PC the recycle bin starts in the left column of icons, I move it to the lower right but the next time I restart windows it moves...

I was using PCLOS. But life happened. So was using families/friends xp for 6 months. Just got a killer deal on a lappy. Within a couple months will be dual booting again with Linux. Probably PCLOS....
