But I can't answer the questions in German.

I've been trying to translate this several times, and while I think I've gotten close to getting them all right a few times, no cigar.
Is three anyone willing to post the answers to these questions?

2. Ich bekomme Punkte dafür, dass ich seede (0.5 Punkte/Std). Habe ich genug gesammelt, kann ich sie gegen Upload tauschen.
3. Ich bekomme Punkte für Torrents, die ich im Seed habe. Je mehr Torrents ich seede, desto mehr Punkte bekomme ich.
4. Das Seeder-Bonus-System zeigt nur die Seedbereitschaft der User und hat keine weitere Bedeutung.

Welche Kriterien müssen meine Files und Torrents (die ich hochlade) erfüllen?
1. Der Torrent muss mindestens 650 MB gross sein.
2. Eine gewisse Mindestqualität ist Grundvoraussetzung.
3. Ich muss immer eine nfo-Datei mit hochladen.
4. Archive (ZIP, RAR) sind nicht gestattet. Nur ungepackte Files bzw. Files im Ordner sind erlaubt.

Wie viele Torrents darfst Du gleichzeitig leechen?
1. Es gibt keine Beschränkung.
2. Wenn ich gerade mindestens einen Torrent hochlade, darf ich in der Zeit keinen runterladen.
3. Ich darf maximal 10 Torrent zeitgleich runterladen.
4. Die Menge ist abhängig davon, wie viel ich bislang hochgeladen habe, und wie gut meine Ratio ist.

Was sollte man tun, wenn man ein Release fertig runtergeladen hat (100%)?

2. Ich werde nur wegen unfairen Verhaltens verwarnt aber niemals wegen meiner Gesamt-Ratio.
3. Das kommt darauf an, in welcher Laune das Tracker-Team ist. Verwarnungen werden außerdem nur von Montag-Freitag verteilt.
4. Wenn ich mehr als 5 GB geleecht habe und meine Gesamt-Ratio unter 0.3 ist, werde ich verwarnt.

Using the translation so kindly given by Daniel, and using Babel Fish to translate the Rules, FAQ and Uploaders FAQ, and reading it over and over, I've got my best stab at the answers. I've noticed a few unusual rules, that I'll put here after I've gotten in.

I know they aren't completely correct, or I'd have gotten in, but I think most of them are right.

PLEASE if anyone can find the mistakes in my answers and fix them, I would appreciate it soooooooo much, this will then be here for other people wanting to get it.

I think the answers that I put in bold are about 90% right...

I just kept doing it over and over until it went through... guess eventually it brought up only questions that my highlighted answers were correct on.

This site has some weird rules and I don't understand all of them, here's the ones that I think I figured out....

There's banned ports, (1214,4662 and esp 6881-6889 for bittorrent)
Your speed can't exceed 500kB/s
Torrents cant be smaller than 650MB

you actually get punished if you seed too much! (it starts getting counted as Download credits after too much)
Torrents up to 1GB can be seeded up to 300%
up to 4GB up to 400%
Up to 10GB up to 500%
over 10GB up to 600%

There's bonus points you can collect for seeding that you can trade in for upload credit.
