Well, that would be odd...We had those infamous series of raids most notably on Bithumen (and lot of more) last year. My home does NOT appear to me as a safe haven, unless there's something I do miss.

This has nothing to do with a "peer2peer-bit-torrent-site" like FTN, their primary objective are TOP-SITES (-> HighSecureDDL/FTP-Sites), where the illegal content is born (not only shared/distibuted like FTN) ;-)

We'll be back within the week hopefully, might be on a temporary server. The offsite DB backup we have is a month old though

And about prosecutions, I wouldn't worry about it. They were asked to shut them down, they weren't confiscated.
