It's an average - basically, if the avg. traffic (don't remember the exact wording) figure in your profile is above 10GB, you won't be disabled; if it is, you'll be given a week to get it above that before being disabled. From reading the replies, I have to say that Bit-HDTV is more "favored". That's good news for me because I have a friend that possibly might be willing to let me have his account since he doesn't use it anymore.

Well I'm not on Bit-HDTV and HD-Bits.ro looks pretty nice/userfriendly for me. I also have an opinion that 10 GBs per month rule based on the whole statistic. I mean Total Traffic / your lifetime_in_months on tracker. So 10 GBs doesn't looks that terrible cause you could transfer 100 GBs per month and do not care about it few months being "away from torrenting". It supposed to help to clear userbase.
I just didn't download anything one month. So nothing happen
