    So, how much money have we spent so far in cleanup? Only to have the levies failing and neighborhoods flooding again..... We couldn't even wait until the season was over so we could really improved saftey before sending people back in.

    Nice, we should just let the people that couldn't leave stay and learn to live in the water. Maybe they could evolve into mermaids (the sooner the better, who knows with chemcials floating around) and throw grand parties and sing and dance...maybe even brush their hair with forks. Like the little mermaid.
