Just as an aside. I was on a double date once, way befor Mrs Bigboabs time. This mate of mine actually asked the girl with him for a loan of sixpence so that he could phone his girlfriend.

In the USA, that is a Federal offense, because most ATM machines are affiliated with a bank that is federally insured. Is Federal prison worth a dollar? As you know, the penalty is more severe than murder in this country, that&#39;s because there is always somebody with a bug up their ass to secure their own job.
