I did think of spiders but the only thing that came to mind was that only the female redbacks actually have the red stripe.

I was watching discovery the other day, there was this species where the male had to use the female's web as strings to play on, and if he didn't hit the right notes he got eaten, and if he didn't run like like a bat outa' hell after he got eaten anyway.
I think that female was lot bigger, and they did talk of species where the female was a hundred times bigger, like I mentioned.
I think the wolf-spider female is bigger too.
