Try this:
Start - Run - Command - ping filesharingtalk.com
open Your browser and type:
http://THE IP YOU GOT/index.php
See if that works.

that works for me.
i cant use that because all the links are filesharingtalk.com which dont work
the adress with /index.php works fine though
verisign to update dns every few seconds
shame it was not implemented a little sooner.
