I just downloaded "Nada Surf". I don't know how weird it is, but from what I've heard it has promise. :D

The Arcade Fire - they are soo good.
Death Cab For Cutie- cant get any more indie
Wolf Parade - an upcoming band from canada
Maximo Park - very good also
Franz Ferdinand - their new album is a great get.

awesome thx guys, ya im all about death cab, and most of those bands already but im gunna have to check out the flaming lips, the arcade fire and the silver jews, those three i havnt heard yet

check out Stars "Set Yourself On Fire" I think its some pretty good Indie if you like a lot of diffrent instrument set ups.
