Circle - Slipknot <--- easiest shit ever and it sounds good, all it is is 4 chords
Fade to Black - Metallica <--- Sounds soo damn good

Vermilion Part 2 - Slipknot <--- Not as easy as circle, but it sounds a lot better

I agree with Hotel California, if you can play it that is...
I tried learning it, granted I've only been playing for 8 months, but it was one of the hardest songs I've ever encountered. Took like 30 minutes to get the first riff's finger picking pattern... I gave up after that. :(
