I deduce that he was. Think about it.
1. An unexplained 3 month absence.
2. A newfound harsh demeanor.
3. Periods of curfew when he has to report in due to parole conditions
4. A newfound love of homo-erotic pornography.
Oh, and this chance remark from last week:
I missed out on those due to my enforced absence.
Were they funny?
I think the evidence is all there. The question is, what was the crime?

1. An unexplained 3 month absence.Unexplained? I died, ffs.
2. A newfound harsh demeanor.'newfound' lol.
3. Periods of curfew when he has to report in due to bail conditionsSurely any bail conditions would have occured before a prison term.
Parole conditions are probably what you're thinking of.
4. A newfound love of homo-erotic pornography.'newfound' lol.

3 months, let's assume full parole for good behaviour so that's 6 months. Let's also assume a guilty plea because he's an accountant and therefore devoid of bollocks, so full credit for that. Makes the maximum sentence for the crime 1 year.
We know it's not going to be violent crime, see above and he's an accountant so almost certainly a white collar crime.
Based on all of the above I say he was convicted of being a cawk.

Pish. How could he go three months without saying the word "flange". That's just nonsense.
He's a flange salesman ffs.

http://www.msgweb.nl/emoticons/50_50.gif Funny* you should say that.
JP gave me the password for one of his sock-puppet accounts and I used that for 3 months. My 'manker' account remained untouched during this period.
I like to think I daubed some humanity onto the macabre canvas of his internets existence.
*When I say 'funny', I mean odd. The merest notion of you posting anything gelastic is laughable in itself.
