pay2leech is to help people fixing their ratio ..its to buy upload credit just like bitmetv and other trackers(which is a positive policy for me), they didnt mention anything regarding invites ..so its not pay4invites its pay2leech :).
moreover,there are some offers for sct ..but look to their demand..nobody would give his sct for a tracker from lvl 4 or 4.5 unless that tracker is well buffered or with invites.

I know that. And i agree with you when you talk about pre-times and overall quality of the site. I was a little disappointed with it also (at least for all the hype surrounding it).

But if its everything about rarity and demand, then it's status wont change much. If anything it might be harder to get in since less banings will occur. There's a lot of people willing to pay to keep their accounts.

oh but it is about the number of users. I made a thread here last week looking for czone with an average offer and got about 15 PM's. I think there are too many people who have it for it to be lvl 4.

its because of where you are from or where the person whom invited you is from. I heard they banned ip ranges from israel because there were so many cheaters from there. The same way NB did with bulgarian/latvian ips because of hackers from there

This Scale Is To Rate Sites From 1 To 5
1 being the easiest to get an invite or account and 5 the hardest.
This has nothing to do with the contents of the trackers.
Ratings of trackers themselves are in the [#] tags.
Not all trackers will be in this list.
Its time to drop ScT to level 4 and update the review given by Patriot. Its a great site but with their new system in place to pay for invites its much easier to get an invite and makes it less rare. Anyone can get an invite just by paying money. UK-T and FTN are the only true level 5's because of the difficulity to obtain an invite.

Its now not as hard to get invited. Requesting a rating change.

I think it will be a little early to drop down ScT right now. Not every member of ScT has a PayPal account and more than half do not have a credit card or a bank account, so not many people will be paying for invites.

That's because Lithuanian don't have many movies in Lithuanian language and some people prefer english audio and some russian. Russian is mostly for older users, because they don't understand english enough. :P

TS Tracker should be put back in the list. It´s the rarest german tracker. should be at least level 3. it´s not that popular because like all the other german trackers they have mostly german stuff only. germans are good and fast in dubbing english movies. we have no tv stuff in english at all unlike northern europe tv. they have a very strict invite system comparable to oink and bitmetv. they got all german pretimes and even germans have problems getting on to it. the other famous german tracker is tvrecall. similar rules, same level.

Good point about Tbits.ro, however I don't see any demand for it at the moment so I don't think it's worth as much as anything in level 3. I don't think anyone would trade a level 3 tracker for Tbits.ro right now. Maybe when the demand for it increases again then it should go up to level 3.
Had a brief skim over the trackers in level 2/2.5 and I don't see any that are too hard to get or the demand is that high. Not sure if there's a need to rerate those trackers just yet.

i think i used the wrong word like "rerate"

i mean that we are always trying to take the trackers up to level 4 and level 3.5 from level 3.5 and level 3. Soon there will be less trackers i think in level 3 or in level 3.5

So i think we have to discuss about the trackers level 2.5 and level 2..Not like Tl has to go up.coz everybody must know that with these invite system(every sunday 4 invites for PU) TL or other trackers like TL cant go up..

So i am waiting for comments with sense about the trackers in level 2 and 2.5 to go up..

It will be better for WIAW thread i think instead of the effort of taking trackers from 3,3.5 to 3.5,4

yes there is no way for FB to go down it's very rare and almost traded for lvl 5 besides he have kinda great invite system that makes it less rare but still rarity 4/5
