It doesn't matter who votes. A vote is a vote and everyone that comes here has the right to vote as he/she has the right to trade. I imagine that people that haven't even seen the reviews won't vote anyway and n00bs are less likely to be traders. They are usually looking for freebies, so what will happen is that people that have these trackers will vote extremely high and people that don't have them and know they aren't worth too much will vote low. It will even out :)

Dont know about NB, its just not allowed to trade NB here, so nobody does it in public. +1 @ bH and el-sl though. They are "foreign" trackers, and FSC and NB are way more rare, so max lvl 6.
Also there is just no way bH is "better" than Ts-tracker contentwise (TS has best pretimes for german scene + 12k torrents + *lots* of exclusive content like for example ~1500 home-ripped DVDRs + speeds comparable to ScT), and there are lots of invites around so lvl 5.
El-Sl is obviously rarer but still you wouldnt get NB or FSC for El-Sl, and there is a lot of trading going on, so level 6. (actually before i retired i got offers like 300gb buffered FB or buffered PT + buffered LM for a single TS invite, so PT and LM should probably go down to lvl 5....)

I think that rabbit should raise to level 10 or even level 9.5, because I haven't seen anybody offered it for a long time. And many people has offered Exigo for it. I've seen exigos invites offered here many times lately and i think so that ftwr is little more rarier than exigo.

I'm telling you that iPlay is better than CZone . I have account for over a year on both of these trackers and the difference is obvious . The only thing that makes CZ better than iPlay is the peering .

But , in the same time , is true that PT overcomes CZ and iPlay at pretimes . So imo , I think that those 3 tracker's levels should be revised .

Obviously, mate... But going back to rarity, TL give out 4 invites to Power Users every week.

In contrast... In RevTT, you can only request 4 invites - after you've used all 4 of your invites you can't request for more ever. If this is still the case in RevTT, then I think it should go up at least lvl 5.

Acting as if you have never had any and telling us to give you more, will get you a more severe warning and removal of Posting Right during that time.

So my ratings drop is based on the fact that a level six tracker that opens signups and doesn't limit the userbase, can expect a lot of new members, thus lowering the rarity. Greater length of time is likely to equal more new members.

By all means if you have some stats or info that I don't, post it here.

And of course remember that there is no specific guidelines regarding rarity ratings, such as 1 invite per user per month equals Level 6, 4 invites a month equals Level 4, occasional open signups equals Level 2. Rarity rating is a subjective.

rarity is a reflex of your fear to trade it, fsc traders are afraid, they dont offer it = fsc becomes rare because of the low offer ;)

This Scale Is To Rate Sites From 1 To 10
1 being the easiest to get into a site and 10 the hardest.
This has nothing to do with contents of the trackers.
Ratings of trackers themselves are in the [#] tags.Although there is a scale for content and such, SCT is a level 8 because of it's rarity and OiNK is a level 4 because of it's rarity. The numbers in bracketts next to it are what the content and such is based on.

it'll drop to 5 even becouse of patriot and what he is doing with trackers where invites are given but the thing is that noone was trading sct for lvl6 noone was tradeing ftn for lvl8 and noone is going to trade ftwr for lvl5 everyone will wait till that madness'll end and ftwr will get back on lvl9

I disagree. In my opinion scT should be level 7. why? Well, there are thousands of invites around ( they gave 1/2 to all members few weeks ago), you can buy invites by donating and 15000 is a large userbase. Besides SweDVDR ( no invite system) and TT (more than 50 weeks account to request an invite) are rarer.

There are at least 2000 invites on sct in people's cache already when sct gave away like 6000 invites while ago. Except this;u can get invites also by donating.

Pay-for-leech is irrelevant because that is still the user's choice, but for each member to be invited into the tracker, someone has to pay. And if that isn't the definition of a pay-site!

This is classical, I noted down. This post shows most effectively, that people have completely no idea about rating system, about what it is based on.
What I actually wanted to write about: I disagree with moving FTWR a level down. It was only 10 invites, which were given away..it's 0.2% of the whole amount of users. If we talk about the WIAW list, which is based on rarity (I mean, the levels are based on rarity), then we should ponder: Is it true, that FTWR became rarer because it flared with such a small amount of users, which is 0.2% total up to the whole site? I don't think so. And if we take into account, that it could be a precedent for further giveaways on that site (which is quite unlikely), it is still too small for a level down, in my opinion. Of course, it is subjective, and depends mainly on the judgement of the author of the list.
