No Elite user on TT as far as I know.. (at least it's not written in the FAQ)
Even uploaders don't get invites there at the moment.

I edited my post long ago. I don't think OiNK should raise because of the easy requirements to become PU. TV on the other hand should.

I have also given out free TV invites to people I know won't cheat or trade them, but I won't hand them out for anything in the same level.

Look buddy ..when i used this tracker with my own home net ..it was at full speed just like the other trackers since my home net speed is not a super one..
now with seedbox ..i can measure the speed of trackers correctly ..and i noticed that rsr speed have no difference if we compare it with ftn speed and trackers with great speeds ( excpet sct and swedvdr).

for me till now the greatest speed i can obtain as teh following:
1-sct ,swedvdr .
2-ftn , rsr.
3-NB,czone,swebits.

Yes, speed of RSR is terribly great, but content isnt best. Good for porn dwonloads with great speed. I only use it to download porn. Its hard to keep a good ratio there. I think, the guys there have very big pipes and seed boxes.

If NB is 4.5 then FTWR and Exigo (FB probably too, but their invites are more common) should go up to 5. There's no way that a tracker that had accounts given for free some weeks ago is like one that has no invites at all (for a long time) or like one that has a very limited userbase and you have to request them.

I know some peeps like freebies (I know I do!) and this trackers offers quite a few free leech files.

It's an English tracker that's easy to get into but shouldn't not be underrated because of this. At this tracker, almost all major game titles have been offered as free leech on release (C&C3, STALKER, Supreme Commander etc just to name a few lately). In other words, it's a good starting tracker to build up a good ratio on and to help build up buffers on your other trackers ;).
