Unless I totally off the track, you do need Java
look around Windows' website to find it. :D
if you do find a good place for plugins, do tell us (me). XD
yeah..I installed the java thing too...But still wont open.someone posted some plugins in this thread here (http://filesharingtalk.com/index.php?showtopic=92738&st=15)

Inside where your azureus is installed..(C:\ProgramFiles\Azureus..)
create a folder called "PLUGINS", then inside that create a folder for each seperate plugin and put each plugin inside its own folder..
then just open Azureus and it will hasve integreated itself into it.
DONE ..Thanx alot...But I aint getting good speeds like I did with my bittorrent experimantal...is it anything I should do in options?...change my upload speed or something?
I was also wondering..since I forward my ports in the router to 6881-6999 for bittorrent should I set them as well in Azareus settings??they are 6881-6889 there

No need to change the ports on ya router, just change them inside Azureus..
youll need to fiddle round with the settings to see about speed.
i installed mine and it just happened..

btw, you can tell azureus to only use one port for incomming connections (I do, since I run BT on a few comps at home).
As for the plugins, most have the folder Plugins already in the package so just unpack them to your azureus folder.
As for speeds, you shouldn't really need to fiddle with it, unless you are on an asychronous line, then you might want to cap your upload a little bit (say like 5% or your max upload)
