can someone teach me on how to resize a picture. i wanna make picture a little smaller, what program do i use and how do i do it?

If you've never attempted image editing before, Photoshop would be way too hard. Theres the product activation to get around, just for starters.

Get Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/) instead. It's freeware, easier to learn and just plain user friendly.

If you've got XP, you can get a powertoy and just right-click a pic to do it:
