Ok, well i went running at about 7:30 (3 hours ago) and didn't run much only about 4 miles. Anyway i'm now in quite alot of pain in my stomach area, lower abs i think and was just wondering if anyone knows anyway to stop the pain or atleast sooth it. :(
Last time i go running without warming up properly. <_<

take a bath, a nice refreshing soak in the bath is always good for pains :)
Inorder to Relax you must, you seriously must stop bouncing up and down
it will help

Get some painkillers, you have to have something in the house, at least paracetamol? And lie down for a bit.
If it's muscle pains that is.

Dehydration. It can cause a 'stitch' while running. We used to get put on a charge if we got one when running in the army. Charged with 'self inflicted injury'.
Sorry forgot to add. Rest is the only cure.

Have something to eat then, it might actually help.
Try something neutral like toast at first.

Ok, i'm trying some cerial atm and my mum gave me some strong painkillers. She also said there's a really violent stomach bug going round so i'm sure that wont help.

OK, if you get pukey try some more toast or cerial in a bit.
And have some stale coke with it, my mum used to give that to me when I got sick, and it helps.
You'll need the sugar and the fluids.

We have no coke in the house as i refuse to drink it. :P
The cerial isn't helping much so i'm just going to rest it out. Thanks Snny, for the help. :)
@bigboab: This isn't self inflicted. Well it is, but i didn't mean to. :P
