Well first off, I change my password to something else since it's been 2 years.
Then I try to sign in and I get some "please enter the code as stated in the image below".. so I type the s/n pass and code exactly correct...but it still fails. I call tech support.. we go on for 30 mins.. still not fixed. I call back and skip to the chase and say I want to recover my password.. they say.. "ooh no, we can only reset it..sorry (the webpage clearly stated I could have it recovered). Blah blah, I reset it to some easier to guess 5 letter password and try that. Woop, fails once again even though I typed the security code and everything correct. S/n has @sbcglobal.net after it, so no problem there for sure.
Well now it's locked up and I have to wait 12 hours (that's a crappy feature, since you could take anyone's account and lock it up with about 6 failed attemps to say the password was "a" or "1"...pissing them off).
Damn, now all I can do is wait 12 hours and I was supposed to recieve a few important emails as well. Egregious Popinjays!
