For people who search an easy all-in-one solution of a Nzb downloader with already integrated NNTP access is NZBlord the best service to start with. Simple use and fast start are advantages of NZBLord, no availability to use your external NNTP account is a disadvantage. Under "New Task" you will be able to import Nzb file from URL, your PC or just with adding the content of the file. This will start downloading. Because it's online service it can be used with all browsers and operation systems.

If you want to download files from Usenet with a minimum of hassles, Newsbin is the tool for you.
