• 7,098 Alleged File Sharers Sued by Porn Director Axel Braun

We already discussed about how the porn industry has always known to technologically adapt itself with every new progress made in this respect and become a pioneer when it comes to fresh distributing models. We also reported in previous posts about this industry’s latest discovered frenzy – suing file-sharing users.
This aspect concerns this post. Porn producer Axel Braun has filed a federal copyright suit against no less than 7,098 alleged file sharers, CNET reports.'
At the core of the legal issue lies the massive illegal distribution online via p2p file sharing networks of the porn parody 'Batman XXX'.
"Fuck 'em all," the porn industry news site Xbiz quotes Braun. "People don't realize that when you pirate a movie it hurts all of the people who work very hard to get it produced–from the cast to the production assistants to the makeup artists…So we are going after every one of them who pirates our content."

I seriously doubt Batman XXX was anyhow licensed with DC. So the massive illegal distribution is from Axel Braun. Ah ok...that's considered fair use???

The porn industry should be happy they are still making money in times of youporn and leave them filesharers alone. Not one of these kiddies would (or mostly could) have bought your crap.

Be happy you are not sued back for making pron available to minors because you simply can't prevent that from happening in the times of the internet.
