Would "Gorillas" ship today?

Would the DOS game "Gorillas" ship on today's XP/Vista, or would it be pulled?

Animal cruelty (Gorillas are killing other gorillas!)
Nudity (The gorillas could actually be wrestlers and are naked!)
Violence (The gorillas are KILLING each other!)

Anti-American (The gorillas use wind direction/volocity to blow up buildings with innocent people!)
Racial (Both those gorillas are the same colour!)
Religious (The sun is a God figure!)
Promoting obesity (The kids should be playing outside!)
Sexism (The gorillas are both male!)
Liberal agenda (The gorillas represent business and are killing each other!)
